Lillie Washington

Lillie Mae Washington was born in Tarboro, North Carolina to Elbert and Mae Parker on November 3, 1954. She was raised by her mother Mae Stevenson and Step father Samuel Stevenson, Sr., in Hackensack NJ, until the age of 11. She completed her education within the Hackensack Public school District.

At the age of 12, Lillie moved to Washington, D.C.to live with Mrs. Mary Hamilton. Mrs. Hamilton raised Lillie unto adulthood. While in Washington, D. C. Lillie pursued her desire to become a nurse. She then dedicated her life to providing loving care to the elderly.

Lillie enjoyed playing cards, trips to the casino, traveling, going to out door events, watching comedies and going to restaurants.

Lillie was survived by her fiancé Danny Felix; sister Sandra Faye Stevenson, and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins.
