Leon M Reed

Leon (BAY) McKinley Reed III passed away unexpectedly after long term illness, November 29, 2022,at his resident in Magnolia DE. Leon was born Februarythe 6th, 1983 at Beebe Hospital, Lewes,DE. He was born to the late Pecita Odetta (Shrieves) Reed I and the late Leon McKinley Reed II.
Leon received his education at Dover High School ,Dover DE. He worked various jobs in the Dover Area. He loved spending time with his children as he would refer to them as "Me and My little gees My whole World" always uplifting and encouraging them, Leon enjoyed mechanizing on all types of vehicles. His inspiration was an encouragement to all that he met. Leon also loved joking and laughing with his siblings, nieces,nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister Patrice Reed and his aunt Adaline Daiz.
Leon leaves to cherish: Two sons and one daughter, Leon Mckinley Reed IIII, of Concord, NC, Araya Wright, and Za'Mira Wright both of Woodside, De. Four siblings: Pecita (Robert) Brown of Magnolia, De, Patrina Fields of Camden, De, Trish Scott of Lincoln, De and Lamar Reed of Frederica, De. His Aunts and Uncles: George Williams (Selbyville, DE) , Yvonne McGriff(Henry) Tampa FL, Starr (Calvin) Suggs Frankford,, Willette(Robbie) Scott, Lea Mae Boyd(Lincoln, DE), Ralph Reed(Kay) Seaford, De,Randolph Reed (Lincoln, De), Pauline Berlus, TeresaCollick, Frank Daiz(Frederica, DE) and a host of nephew, nieces and cousins and friends.
