Cora Bell Boston

Cora Bell Sherman was born in Rockwood, Tennessee to the late David Sherman and Beulah Franklin on Friday, September 22, 1933. In Dover, Delaware on Saturday, August 10, 2024, while surrounded by family Cora went home to be with the Lord. She was 90 years of age.
In 1963, Cora married the love of her life James Boston. Throughout her life she became a member of several organizations to name a few; The Thomas Boyland Democratic Club, The 55 AD Democratic Club, she was also the chairperson/board member to the Foundation of Multicultural Programs. Cora also looked forward to working at the polls every year.
Cora leaves to mourn, her loving daughter Diana Jordan (Mitchell Jordan); grandchildren devoted granddaughter Kima York Boyle, (Denis Boyle); grandsons Donnell York (Alma York) and Christopher Holley (Kassy Holly). Great grandchildren Hope York, Matthew Morgan, Cierra Holly, Jaslene Holley, Kaitlyn Holly, Donte York. Great-great grandchildren Justin Wilson, Kelsy York, Keylonie York and Ava York. And a host of loving family and friends to include The Mitchell Family of Atlanta, GA; Olivia Morrison of Tennessee, The Jordan Family of New York, New Jersey, and Delaware along with The Timmons Family, The Smith Family and The Johnson Family.
